Digital Stamp: Heart Bear

WATERCOLOR PENCIL TECHNIQUE
I really went out of my comfort zone when I decided to try and create a digital stamp.  It took a few tries because you can't erase a Sharpie!  Anyway, I hope you like the little bear.   Here's how to use the stamp and color it with watercolor pencils:
1.  Choose either the jpg or png file below and right click and save to your computer.
2.  Open the file using a publishing or graphics program.  Make desired size.
3.  Print on white cardstock using your desktop/inkjet printer.
3.  IMPORTANT:  Spray design lightly with a workable fixative.  This makes the ink waterproof.
4.  Color design with watercolor pencils then use a water pen or paint brush to blend the colors.  Once dry, you can go back over to add more shading.
5.  After completely dry, use waterproof ink to stamp wording on heart.  You could also use a waterproof marker.
6.  Cut out the design and adhere to your card.
I used dots of Stickles to accent the swirls on the background paper and also put Rock Candy Stickles over the entire heart to give it shimmer.
