SVG: Patriotic Banner

It won't be long until it's the 4th of July...
time to get cracking on those cards or party invites you need.
I'll be sharing a few freebie 4th of July SVGs with you
over the next week or so to help you get them made. 
I also will have a pennant banner project (using more Roc Lon).

    I love this file.
    It can be used so easily in a 4th of July, Memorial,or Labor day card or scrap page, or in a travel across the USA page.
