Snow Girl Tag

Week two for the Let It Snow" Challenge over at The Cheerful Stamp Pad.  Here's my second Design Team contribution featuring another newly released image from Dezinaworld.  I really liked the image of the girl with the sled so I decided to build a tag around that image.
The details:
First off I used a favorite technique from Tim Holtz's 12 Tags of Christmas.  I applied foil duct tape to a piece of white cardstock and ran it through my Texture Boutique using a snowflake embossing folder.  Then I heavily applied blue acrylic paint over the embossed area.  Once dry, I sanded off the paint on the raised areas and cut it to fit the tag.
I covered the chipboard frame with more of the foil duct tape.  A nice coat of Glossy Accents on top held the layer of Diamond Dust glitter I added....lots of sparkle!
Using more of the foil duct tape on cardstock, I created this little rosette and finished it off with a bejeweled brad and some silver tinsel flourishes.
The "SNOW" detail was made from old bingo makers that I painted to match the tag.  I dipped letter stamps into silver paint and stamped each marker.   Everything was attached to the tag with hot glue, including the irridescent trim and silver tinsel at the bottom.  The top ribbon is seam binding colored with watered down Distress Ink stain.
I'm entering this tag in the following Challenges:
(Sponsored by Simon Says Stamp)
(I used them ALL plus the "snow" sentiment)
