FREE SVG Card: Shamrock Hat

 For my project I did this card…

Shamrock Hat Card

I cut the card using three shades of green cardstock--darkest for the base, lighter for the top pieces and the lightest for the shamrock.  I cut the buckle from yellow cardstock.  Before gluing the top pieces to the base, I colored in the hat band area with black marker.  I added yellow Stickles to the buckle and shaded the card and shamrock with Distress Ink.  I created the sentiment on the computer and printed it onto the shamrock.  I attached the shamrock to the card with foam tape and ran some curled green wire from the shamrock to the buckle.  Inside the card says "...Because I Have You.  Happy St. Patrick's Day!"
