Funky Folk Art & Free SVG

I've been painting donations for various charity events and I made this set just a few weeks ago.  It consists of a mini clip board and a wooden recipe card box.  I used a variation of a design from artist Shara Reiner (from Quick & Easy Painting, June 2009).
Here's a look at the front of the clip board.  You'll notice that I put the design in the lower portion of the clip board so that when a pad of paper is there, you can still see the flower.  The folk art lace strip continues down the side so it's no problem to have the paper cover it in areas.
The back of the clipboard has a larger design.  Hang it this way on the wall and no one sees the list...especially if it is filled with ice cream and candy!  lol
Here's the top of the recipe box.  I found the box at the thrift store.  TIP:  Repurpose items by sealing them with JO SONJA'S ALL PURPOSE SEALER.  This will make sure nothing comes through the new painted layers.  ANOTHER TIP:  Mix the sealer with your base paint for the first coat and save time!
This is the back of the recipe box.  This is the same design as on the top of the box, just smaller.  TIP:  I use my KOPYKAKE PROJECTOR to easily resize patterns to fit multiple surfaces.

To finish the inside of the box, I used the same blue (mixed with sealer) I used in the design backgrounds.  The entire box was given two coats of water based varnish and once dry, I added little rubber bumper feet.  To make it ready to use, I created Recipe Card Dividers with my SCAL, cut them out with the Cricut and then hand labeled with various categories.
I'd like to share the Recipe Card Divider SVG file with you!
You can get this set for FREE until midnight EST October 22nd.  After that time, you may purchase the file for $1.  Get the file HERE.
