Bright Birthday Card

Here is the birthday card I created for my youngest sister.  A total turnaround from the winter card I made for my brother!  This card started out with stamping and die cutting the jar on a scrap piece of acetate.  (This set--Perfectly Preserved from Stampin Up--has the stamps and dies included)  I stamped the flower stem underneath the "jar" onto the paper, which was first stamped with the chevron background stamp (also from Stampin Up).

The flower was created with punches, colored, Stickled and layered together.  I popped it up off of the paper with foam dots and finished the center with a gem.  The sentiment was stamped and cut from a scrap piece of yellow cardstock.
