Because I learned that the Cricut does not like to cut through packaging, I cut the top tag portion from thinner acetate and the inking technique worked just fine. I did not have any of Tim's Reflection stamps so I used a music stamp. Once again I put it on my Fiskar's Stamp Press which made it very easy to line it up and stamp straight. I designed a SVG file similar to Tim's to create the wreath and just cut it from regular green CS.
