Sharing: Easter Hanger

Here's another Easter project I worked on this weekend.
This is a wooden door hanger that I got from a LSS on clearance.  I used the same book page as on the Easter card in the post below.  Framed another piece of the Tim Holtz Seasonal paper by cutting and stacking two frames out of Grungepaper.  (sorry...I collected this frame from someone a while back.  If it was you, please let me know and I'll put a link to your blog here)
Used Martha's glitter to bling up the frame and then Vintage Photo Distress Ink to antique that and portions of the hanger.  Colored the bottom flower with Broken China and touches of VP.  I also used Alcohol Inks to make the pearls the color I wanted.  I really love that stuff!
I even used the Vintage Photo to tone down the velvet leaves.  I think VP is my "go to" Distress Ink...I use it on everything!

Hello Cindy,

real nice Easterhanger ! Me too I like the colors you used.
The glitter on the frame makes it look like a vintagepiece from long ago, cherished and kept safe for relatives in the future :)
