This is a portion of my mantle display and is another "quick & easy" idea. I took an old window frame, sprayed the panes with a frost paint and added a hook for the wreath. I just lean it against the wall and will put an electric candle behind it for a nice glow. Once Christmas is over, I replace the wreath with one that has a frosty look...
and it stays up until spring!
