Vintage Baby Card

If you are a Facebook follower, you know that I've had a couple of new additions to my family (one flesh and blood and one mechanical!).  I finally got to deliver baby Nate's gifts so I can now feature them on the blog!  Today I'm showing you this vintage styled baby card created using paper from Graphic 45 (Little Darlings).  I just love the beautiful pictures in this line.  I simply cut out the image I wanted to use and matted it with the opposite striped side of the paper.  The base of the card was a scrap piece of blue patterned cardstock.  A satin ribbon was added across the mat and a banner was added using hand cut pennant pieces stamped and accented with tiny pearls.
The blue bow was added in the upper left corner and accented with a wooden letter block and baby blue beads strung on a pin attached to the knot.  I even finished off the inside of the card with another image and a stamp from Fiskars (Thoughts-Boy).
