Ah, ice cream...a perfect element for a birthday card don't you think? I cut this tasty looking ice cream cone using a file from my Summer Picnic SVG set. I shaded the diecut with Distress Markers and a water pen. Pink Stickles were added to the ice cream portion. Yummy paper from Authentique ("Sweetness" ) was used underneath the diecut. A "Happy Birthday" ribbon added the sentiment. A portion of a punched (Martha Stewart) border highlights the wording. On top of that are three pink gems. Everything layered over tiffany blue card stock.
You can see some of the sparkle on the ice cream.
