Inspirational Resin Jewelry and a Drilling Tip

I finally finished up the last few pieces of the Ice Resin jewelry I was working on.  On both of these pieces I hand made the bales as the resin is thicker than what a jump ring will go through and I didn't want to glue a bale to the back.  I use a drill press to easily make the holes.  It can be a bit tricky to get the hole started as curves on the pieces make the drill bit slip.  I've found that if I use a awl to make a slight indentation into the resin, I can keep my bit in the right place.
