Pink & Teal Birthday Card

I used the scraps from my Ice Cream Cone Card (gotta love double sided paper!) to put together this yummy birthday card.  Cake was stamped (Close to My Heart) with water proof ink (Archival) and then colored with Distress Markers and fussy cut out.  Lots of embossing here, both on the card base and the candle glow.  Both shaded with a little Distress Ink and then I added yellow Stickles to the glow for a shimmery effect.
A scrap piece of ribbon, some gems and a sentiment stamped on another scrap complete the card, which looks good enough to eat!
