The days until Christmas are counting down! From now until then, I'll be sharing some "Quick & Easy" ideas with you to help make this time of year a little less stressful.
I'm always looking for ways to create quick homemade gifts so this little ornament fits the bill! The gate base is actually from an ornament/candle holder which I picked up last year in a gift shop clearance for $1. I wasn't sure what I would do with it but I thought it would make a good start to some type of embellished or altered ornament.
I removed the long candle holder portion (and saved it for who knows what else!). I cut another snowflake rosette from my new MINI SNOWFLAKE ROSETTES DIE and topped it off with a clear gem. I hot glued it to the gate and then attached the letter beads using Glossy Accents. Done!
TIP:
Keep your eyes peeled all year long for items like this that you can quickly add a homemade touch to.
