I put together this card to uplift my mom who is going through some serious health issues. She lives two hours away from me, so I wanted her to know that she is always in my thoughts. Dear friends, I know the power of prayer so I would appreciate your prayers for my mom right now. Thanks so much!
To make this card, I started with paper from Prima's "Life Time" 6" x 6" paper stack, cropping it down so that the imprinted doily was in the right spot.
The rose art is a sticker from Crafty Secrets "Greetings & Sentiments". The sentiment was stamped on a die cut (Spellbinders) that I added a stamped woven background to. This was popped up with foam and I added some Vintage Photo Distress Ink shadowing underneath. Orange ribbon and the lace laid over it were distressed with Vintage Photo DI. I used alcohol inks to turn the pearls a light tangerine.
To finish off the card, I added orange and yellow Stickles here and there on the rose petals.
